linkeme.ai uses artificial intelligence to help businesses create and manage social media content. As a deployer of AI systems under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we are committed to transparency, human oversight, and responsible use of AI technologies.
linkeme.ai integrates the following third-party AI systems to deliver our services:
Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o-mini (OpenAI) via OpenRouter -- used for generating social media posts, captions, and content ideas tailored to your brand.
Nano Banana (Stability AI) -- used for creating visual content and branded images for social media posts.
Veo 3.1 (Google DeepMind) via FAL.ai -- used for generating short-form video content for social media.
Perplexity AI -- used for researching current trends and news topics to generate timely, relevant content.
Firecrawl, Jina AI -- used for analyzing your website and online presence to understand your brand and generate aligned content.
Under the EU AI Act, AI systems are classified by risk level. The AI systems used by linkeme.ai fall under the category of non-high-risk general-purpose AI, as they are used solely for generating marketing and social media content. They do not fall under any of the high-risk categories listed in Annex III of the regulation (e.g., biometrics, critical infrastructure, employment, law enforcement). Our self-assessment is documented in our AI Risk Assessment.
We maintain meaningful human control over all AI-generated content. Every post generated by AI goes through a review workflow before publication. Users can edit, approve, or reject any generated content. Even in Full Auto mode, content is generated according to user-defined guidelines and can be paused or overridden at any time. Our complete oversight procedures are detailed in our Human Oversight Policy.
When generating content, we send limited business data (brand description, website content, post history) to third-party AI providers. We do not send personal data of your customers or employees. All data transmissions are encrypted, and we have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all AI providers. Token data (social media access tokens) is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and is never sent to AI providers. For full details, see our AI Data Processing documentation.
In compliance with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, we inform you that content generated through linkeme.ai is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we do not automatically add AI disclosure labels to published posts (as this is the user's choice and responsibility), we provide clear indication within our platform that content is AI-generated. Users are responsible for complying with any platform-specific or industry-specific AI disclosure requirements when publishing content.
As a user of linkeme.ai, you have the right to: be informed about the AI systems used to generate your content; access human review for any AI-generated content before publication; opt out of specific AI features at any time; request information about how AI decisions are made regarding your content; lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority regarding AI-related concerns.
